Investment Focus

We partner with founders and owners in cases of turnarounds, succession transitions, and businesses needing growth capital.  Our general criteria of types of companies we’re looking for is below.

We prefer majority/control equity investments, but will evaluate minority investments in specific cases.

  • Cybersecurity, SaaS, & tech-enabled service companies.
  • Energy-adjacent businesses (businesses serving the energy sector)
  • $3MM+ revenue
  • $250,000+ EBITDA preferred; or negative EBITDA in turnaround situations
  • Northeast or Mid-Atlantic region preferred, not required

Private Credit

We partner with companies generating $3MM+ in revenues & 500,000+ EBITDA, with a strong management team,  a track record of growing enterprise value, and solid future growth plan.  We look to fund between $100,000 up to $1MM, with exception for acquisition financing.
